1. Prototyping & Sampling Approvals
Pre-production approval samples (PPS), fit prototypes, and wash counter-samples must be approved in writing via email or formal sign-off sheet prior to bulk fabric spreading and cutting.
2. Quality Inspection & AQL Standard
Bulk production lots are manufactured and audited according to ISO 2859-1 (AQL 1.5 Major / 2.5 Minor) unless alternative standards are contractually agreed upon in the master purchase order. Independent third-party inspection agencies (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) are accommodated with 48 hours prior notice.
3. Incoterms & Port Gateways
Standard commercial quotations are calculated on FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT Mumbai) or FOB ICD Dadri (Greater Noida dry port). Air freight consignments are dispatched via Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL Cargo Terminal). CIF and DDP terms can be structured upon request.
