Closed-Loop Water Treatment (ETP)
Our in-house Effluent Treatment Plant combines biological remediation, ultra-filtration, and multi-stage reverse osmosis (RO). Treated permeate is redirected back into early garment washing cycles, significantly minimizing groundwater drawdown.
Laser Whisker & Ozone Decolorization
We replaced manual sandblasting and potassium permanganate (PP) chemical spray with Jeanologia laser burning and Tonello ambient ozone gas chambers. Garments achieve high-contrast authentic vintage fades with zero worker toxic exposure.
ZDHC MRSL & Certified Fibers
Every chemical auxiliary utilized in our wet processing conforms to the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Manufacturing Restricted Substances List. We actively source BCI cotton, certified GOTS organic cotton, and post-industrial recycled yarns.
